delete_forever What happens when you delete your account?

Personal identifiers are removed
Your name, email, phone, and login PIN are permanently deleted from the system within 30 days.

Work records are anonymised
Clock records and payroll data may be retained in anonymised form for up to 5 years to comply with Danish bookkeeping law (Bogføringsloven §10). Your name is replaced with an anonymous identifier.

Messages are deleted
All inbox messages sent or received by you are permanently deleted.

Access is immediately revoked
Your login is deactivated immediately upon request confirmation. You will not be able to access the platform.
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you are currently employed and your manager assigned you to upcoming shifts, those shifts will show as unassigned after deletion.

Identity verification: We need your name and company to locate your account. Requests are processed manually by your company admin or our support team within 30 days.
Your data request has been logged and sent to the company administrator. You will receive a response within 30 days as required by GDPR (Article 12).
